How to order?

Ordering is easy and simple Just follow the steps mentioned, and here are some instructions.

  • Step1. View the products and choose one product you want.
  • Step2. Then, you enter the desired inscription from the dropbox menu and choose the available options.
  • Step3. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
  • Step4. Click the shopping cart and confirm what you selected and update the quantity. If there are no problems, click "Continue to Checkout" to continue.
  • Step5. Input your shipping address, email address, and phone number.
  • Step6. Complete buyer information, shipping, and payment option. Click "Continue Checkout" to make the payment. If you have a PayPal account, You can pay with your PayPal account, otherwise, you can pay with a debit or credit card or PayPal credit via Paypal payment page. (We are working hard on building a payment gateway with 2Checkout and it will be available soon )
  • Step7. Verify information.
  • Step8. Once your payment has been processed, we will send an email confirming your order information. The order processing will begin when the due payment is received. The tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your email address once your order is shipped out.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us.

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

We work with multiple global partners so it can happen that your items are shipped separately this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry you will get the items that you ordered.

When will I receive my order?

We make every effort to send it to you as soon as possible after the order is successfully submitted. Actual deliveries may vary due to custom processing times, different shipping addresses, customs clearance times and some other distributions.

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time + the shipping method

Processing time: Usually we need 1-3 business days to customize items and there may be some delays in our busy season.

Shipping time: Transit time for different countries is different.

How can I cancel a paid order?

You are responsible for paying taxes. But most of our items are not taxable. But if it is, it's a small, insignificant tax

Which shipping way do you provide?

Standard worldwide shipping and courier are the most popular shipping methods on our website, such as China Post Express & Logistics Air Mail and EMS. Shipping costs of China Post Express & Logistics Air Mail and EMS are free.

In addition to cooperating with EMS, we can provide UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT with additional fees. If you need to receive an order on a specific date, please contact us first to inquire about availability. We will always do whatever we can to accommodate you.

What happens if I don't arrive when my order arrives?

It would be appreciated if you could be at your delivery address for a signature to be required when the parcel is shipped by courier.

But please don't worry if you can't. Go to your local courier company or post office with your tracking number NO. To receive the parcel as soon as possible when you return home.

Why does it say delivered while I receive nothing?

Normally, parcels will be delivered to the shipping address you left on our website, but your parcel may be delivered at your local post office or shipping company. You can contact them with NOT your tracking to receive the parcel as soon as possible.

If you still cannot find the parcel in the shipping company or post office, please contact us at as soon as possible and we will give you an appropriate solution.

What should I do before returning an item?

If you are not satisfied with the products received, please contact us first for further assistance. If you receive incomplete items or broken items, please contact us before arranging a return. We will contact you to give you the best solution.

What if my item was broken, wrong or missing?

We apologized for the inconvenience. Our items are subject to stringent inspection before shipping out. If the item was broken, wrong or missing in transit, we feel sorry for that. Please contact us via email as soon as possible upon your receipt and take some photos to show us about the exact problem. After receiving your photos, we will find out a reasonable solution for you. Can I return my package 'Return to Sender'?

'Return to Sender' is NOT an authorized return method. Any shipping charges incurred will be at the customer’s expense. We recommend that you use insured parcel post or priority mail for the return shipment.

Do I have to return the gift?

The gift is based on the total of your order. If your return drops below the total required minimum, you are no longer entitled to a gift. If you decide to keep the gift, you will be charged the value of the gift.

How soon will I receive my refund?

When can I get the exchanged items?

The exchanged items will be arranged to be customized in 1-3 business days as soon as we receive your returned parcel tracking information. Once your exchange request has been completed an email will be sent to your email address on file.

What if my exchange has a price difference?

If your exchange is priced lower than the original item ordered, we will refund that difference to you in your original form of payment. If your exchange is priced higher than the original item ordered, you must make payment for the price difference.

Do you offer a gift wrap and gift message card?

We don’t sell gift wrap and gift message cards in our shop. If you need a gift wrap or gift message card, you can contact us at to tell us your demand and we will satisfy your need.
